She is smart, confident, and intuitive, but also engaging and collaborative.  She is supremely organized, making very efficient use of both of our schedules without ever seeming to be in a rush.  Notably, she researched, engaged, and collaborated exceedingly well with all subcontractors, including a stonemason, landscaper, and irrigation specialist. I couldn’t have been more impressed.
